release.md §1.1: add 'revert' to the conventional-commit grammar #38

Description

@rianjs

Follow-up from open-cli-collective/.github#9 review. The canonical grammar in release.md §1.1 omits revert, a first-class Conventional Commits type — so revert: … titles fail pr-title. The shared conventional-commit/check.sh is kept in lockstep with §1.1 (single source of truth), so the fix is a one-line doc change (add revert to the title-mode type set) which check.sh then mirrors. release-gate stays feat|fix only (a revert doesn't auto-cut a release). Small docs PR.
