Only 22% gets synced, DCIM/Camera is empty

Describe the bug
New install from F-Droid on a Pixel 7, July firmware.

My initial sync to a Nextcloud server shows 22% synced. The "syncing" line counts up to 100% and seems to complete ok. Goes back to "Not running". No errors I can see. I've hit the "Sync now" button many times. It doesn't get any further.

Comparing the synced directory to the phone, I see many missing files but I know that not all files get synced and I'm still going through them. But I'm pretty sure DCIM/Camera should be getting synced and th folder is getting created but there's nothing in it.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device brand/model: Pixel 7
• Android version: 17 (CP2A.260705.006)
• EasySync version: 1.25

indeed if you see 22% synced, the remaining files should be synced.

• can you retrieve app logs during a full sync? (for example with adb logcat)
• do you have access to your server logs? more especially, do you see any error, or file locked message? What server is it?

It happens that I did a big cleanup of my phone yesterday including moving all my photos to my cloud storage. This morning I noticed that EasySync is showing 100%. I took a couple of photos and they're syncing now. (shrug)

I did try a logcat back when it was failing but didn't see anything interesting. I didn't want to post it because it contains personal info.

The server is my own Nextcloud AIO install.

My wife's phone still only gets to 98% but I haven't had a chance to troubleshoot that yet. I did check the server and there are no errors there.

BTW, the backup on my phone looks pretty good. I compared it to the rclone bisync backup script I currently use and it seems to be working as designed.

The upcoming version (1.26) will show you local files and their sync status.
It should be available within a week on fdroid.
It should help understand which files are synced or not.
Please report back if you still have files not synced...
