ValueError: The channel sent is invalid on a Raspberry Pi for pin 4

Hi.
I'm trying to connect a 4x4 matrix keypad to my rp zero w. When I try to setup the keyboard for 4x4 matrix I receive
ValueError: The channel sent is invalid on a Raspberry Pi
Then I'checked what the pin 4 is and it is +5v. The same problem exists as example with pin 25.

Am I doing something wrong or it is some old setup for 4x4 matrix? Because 3x3 work just fine when I connect just 7 wires of my keypad.

I thought it was my fault, but no, 4x4 does not work...
