Self hosted debrid provider compatibility #3132

Description

@tjc-oops

Describe your suggested feature

While cloudstream's idea is to well stream from cloud it does still allow torrent based plugins.
Not only that cloudstream also has a native check on wether a stream is a torrent or not.
With these 2 facts in mind a problem with an easy fix arises - while many other apps allow one to set he's home server as they're own debrid provider (plays hard to run video files such as av1 and streams to tv so your streamer dosent have to try and fail) cloudstream dosent have such compatibility - that's why I suggest implementing a feature where in the settings add a "be your own debrid provider" section thatl guide the user into setting up their home server into their own debrid provider and then using the already preinstalled torrent detection feature the app will automatically send a request to the home server on a specific port with a key proving it's the app and have it use it's actual computer level compute to decode the video file and stream it back to the cloudstream app.
