Allow matching one file to multiple records in batch attachment uploader

You can't upload one attachment to multiple records with a mapping file in batch attachment uploader. If a row has a distinct match field value but a duplicate file name in the mapping file, it won't be shown in the data set. Instead, users have to create duplicate files and file names if they want to upload to multiple records.

Supporting to-many attachment uploads will reduce steps in the upload (duplication and naming), and space on the user's device and the asset server.

We are in the progress of importing images via a csv mapping file. The mapping includes one to one relations, multiple files to one catNbr, but also one file to multiple catNbrs. I see that the latter disappears in the batch uploader. Am I right that we have to deal with these files prior to uploading (for example split Ma.ex.1014_Ma.ex.139.jpg into two identical files), or is there somthing iI have missed in the tool?
