Detect unused fields and hide them in schema config

Problem
The schema config must be edited one table at a time right now. We are also missing the ability to quickly/easily identify which fields are and aren't used in the discipline. A "used" field is one included in a form definition in the discipline.

Solution
There should be a tool that identifies all unused fields across all tables in the current discipline and sets them as hidden in schema config.

Specify 6 had System > Forms > View/Schema Review
