Regression testing for untested functions

Need to provide robot tests for the following functions on which we are now dependent:

- `json_array_length` (possibly sqlite only)
-` json_type`   (possibly sqlite only)
- `round`



In addition, need to ensure tests of these are enabled for postgres:

- `split_part`
