How to build this. No source library path set

The only thing you have in include_dirs is for the nan module. How did you get this to build the dlib source, where is it included from? I tried moving the source into the path while it was installing but didn't work.

you need install dlib

and

sudo apt install libgif-dev libpng-dev libjpeg-dev
