Issue with wp core commands

When using the default settings of having the wordpress install be in the /src/wp folder, the wp core commands in setup-wp and setup-database fail with "Error: this does not seem to be a WordPress installation" and this seems due to the command running in the root folder and not the /wp subfolder. Adding in --path=/var/www/html/wp to the commands fixes the issue.

It is strange, I was not able to reproduce this error. Tested it with a new install without the path option.
