Questions to consider during refinement

• Which model fits best? Learning sessions likely need adaptive reasoning and pacing — is Opus the right default, or is there a lighter interaction mode where Sonnet suffices?
• Plugin/tool discovery — should the learning system check what tools the engineer has installed (Serena, orbitant-os plugins, Superpowers) so it can tailor lessons to their actual setup?
• Onboarding bridge — does learning connect to an /onboard command that populates a lesson backlog, or does it stand alone?

Acceptance criteria

• Skill/command added to orbitant-os under plugins/orbitant-engineering/
• Gather input from at least 2 teams: what they'd want to learn, what format works for them
• Used by 3 teams, at least 2 feedbacks collected
