Subject: [PATCH] Give provisioned R1s a one-line lock-screen clock

Android's big two-line clock sits over the robotOS mark that 0.6.8 puts on
the lock screen. Provisioning now turns it off
(lockscreen_use_double_line_clock 0), so the time sits at the top and the
mark is clear.
