Add a recorded demo loop to the home and Usage pages - #31

A 35-second silent loop of the real app: audit a repository, filter to critical findings, open one, and fix the workflow in the secure editor. It replaces the static product shot on the home page and the top screenshot on the Usage page, in light and dark versions that follow the docs theme. docs/scripts/record_demo.py records it from the running app: it replays one real audit and fix at a steady pace, draws a cursor, and encodes limited-range BT.709 WebM and MP4 so hardware decoders accept it. The files are fingerprinted so a new recording is never served from cache. demo-video.js plays only the visible video while it is on screen, and shows controls instead of autoplaying under reduced motion.
