🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winReset throughput when clearing all tasks.
clearTasks()removes every task, but it leaves recent samples indownloadThroughput. A latergetTaskStats()call can therefore returntotal: 0with a nonzerocurrentSpeed, and the statistics pusher can publish that stale speed. Reset the tracker after clearing the task state.Suggested fix

Summary
Fix two UI problems in the download manager when downloading many small QQ Zone photos:
0 B/s: the UI previously summed the speeds of currently active tasks. Individual tasks only calculated their speed after receiving more data at least 500 ms after the previous sample, so fast, small-file downloads often finished without reporting any nonzero speed.downloadingcount can momentarily become zero while tasks remainwaiting. The progress indicator previously treated partial completion as green in this state.Changes
currentSpeedin statistics pushes; keep compatibility with older speed data in the renderer.Verification

Observed in QzonePhoto v2.8.0 on macOS 27.0 / Apple Silicon during a batch of 511 photo-download tasks. The manager displayed 0 B/s while completing tasks, and the overall progress percentage occasionally flashed green before the batch completed.
The original batch eventually reached 511/511 completed. This PR fixes misleading speed/color reporting rather than claiming to resolve network-level download stalls.
Note: Unit tests and production build passed; the updated packaged macOS application has not yet been manually tested in a GUI.
