crew 0.15.0: Grok defaults to medium effort - #66

grok, hermes and cursor now run grok-4.7 at medium with the 500k window, never a fast variant. The user's default moved from xhigh to medium on 2026-10-27, matching Grok Build, cursor-agent and the Cursor Cloud Agents default. --effort (or a full Cursor variant) raises it per run. #66 bumped plugins/crew/plugin.json but left .claude-plugin/plugin.json at 0.14.0, so `claude plugin update` still saw 0.14.0. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
