Part of #21.

The website had neither robots.txt nor sitemap.xml: both answer 404 at am.angouri.org today.

  • robots.txt allows everything and names the sitemap. The generator copies it beside CNAME.
  • sitemap.xml is written after the pages: every page of the website, with a folder's index.html listed as the folder. A local build lists 1,946 pages, the home page and quickstart/ among them, and #ctor.html is escaped as %23ctor.html.
  • Each page also gets <meta charset="utf-8"> and a one-line description of the library, which search results show under the title.

I left out a viewport tag, since the layout isn't responsive and the tag would change how it renders on phones. The page titles ("AngouriMath | quickstart/index") can be made readable in another PR.

robots.txt allows everything and names sitemap.xml, which the generator
writes after the pages: every page of the website, a folder's index.html
listed as the folder. Each page also says its character set and carries
a description of the library.
