GET /store/{storeId}/papers 응답의 partnershipContents 각 항목에 partnershipPeriod 필드("제휴기간 2026.07.21 ~ 2026.12.31" 형식 문자열)를 추가한 변경을 main에 반영합니다.

🔎코드 설명(스크린샷(선택))

• PaperContentResponseDTO에 partnershipPeriod 필드 추가, Paper 시작일/종료일을 yyyy.MM.dd로 포맷해 제휴기간 접두사와 조합합니다. 기간 정보가 없으면 null입니다.
• StoreController Swagger 설명에 필드를 추가했습니다.
