• 개발자가 제품 규칙·테스트 기준·범위를 먼저 승인하고, AI가 승인된 범위에서 테스트를 설계·작성·실행한 뒤 개발자가 최종 검토하도록 흐름을 정리했습니다.
• 테스트 구현 문제, 제품 코드 결함, 정책 불명확·환경 문제별 처리와 최대 3회 실행 한도를 문서와 스킬에 반영했습니다.
• 성공한 실행만 기록하는 test-run-log.md를 추가하고 테스트 현황판과 역할을 분리했습니다.
• AI QA README의 기존 개발자 직접 실행 안내도 새 흐름으로 맞췄습니다.

• 문서와 스킬 변경을 검토했습니다.
• Jest 및 코드 품질 명령은 실행하지 않았습니다. 문서 변경이며 저장소 지침에 따라 개발자가 직접 실행합니다.
