Update German translations in de-de.json

I updatet some of the roughter German translations to propper ones. I will continue at a later point to fix some more

Greptile Summary

This PR updates approximately 58 German translation strings in src/lang/de-de.json, replacing rough machine-translated or inconsistent phrasing with more natural German wording.

• Terminology is made consistent throughout (e.g. "Schnelltools" → "Schnellwerkzeuge" across all related keys, "Editor-Design", "Dateicodierung").
• Several error/status messages are reworded for clarity (e.g. "commit message", "unable to open/save/delete file", "conflict error").
• Three minor German grammar or word-choice issues remain: a missing obligatory comma before an um … zu clause in \"file too large\", the non-standard compound \"Dateienliste\" (should be \"Dateiliste\"), and the tautological \"Design-Themes\" in \"unsupported device\".

Safe to merge — the change is limited to translation strings in a single JSON locale file with no impact on application logic.

Only the German locale file is touched; all JSON keys are preserved and no structural changes are made. The few remaining wording issues are cosmetic and do not affect functionality.

It seems the npm check fails to locate the floating button string, as far as i can remmeber i changed it but did not delete it.

In case it is actually missing fill it with "Schwebende Schaltflächen"
