main's .claude/board/entries/README.md is stale: #1391 and #1392 each regenerated it on their own branch, and the merged result matches neither, so regenerate-and-diff fails on every PR based on cc15ec0. Also records #1391 post-merge (STATUS_BOARD D-PEARL-PROD-0 Shipped, PR_ARC_INVENTORY entry). Hygiene only.
