Code Review

This pull request updates the SDK generation log for the transfers service with new timestamps and commit SHAs. Additionally, it improves the JSDoc documentation for the NetworkReason class properties (code, description, and namespace) to provide clearer descriptions of the network-specific reason codes and their namespaces, and slightly reorders the namespace enum values. I have no feedback to provide.

Updates Transfers API model documentation. Reorders namespace enum members without changing their names or values.
