This repository is a small, concrete baseline for project-local Agent instructions. It is intentionally based on the current Hello, World layout, with only the reusable Git and release practices from Ahoshinet added to the common layer.
The Opus CURRENT_IMPLEMENTATION.md pattern is documented as an example, not
as a common requirement. A status document is useful when a project needs one;
the baseline does not tell every Agent to create one.
Keep the entry point stable, put normative rules in rules/, put specialized
procedures in skills/, and keep project-specific concerns in the project.
Use progressive disclosure so the main instruction files stay readable without
losing access to detailed workflows.
- Hello, World is the structural reference.
- Ahoshinet supplies the reusable Git/versioning ideas.
- Opus demonstrates a valuable project-specific status document that is deliberately not generalized.
This repository does not copy the three projects themselves. It does include
instruction-related snapshots under examples/ so the architecture can be
read against real AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and .claude/ trees. Local
settings, credentials, screenshots, runtime state, and generated output are
excluded.
