So every reference was a dead link for any reader.The ranking defect is already described inline in the doc (the tier-first ranking where aggregate exposure cannot lift an area across a tier), so each of the ten pointers is reworded to stand on its own. No information is lost, and nothing new (or path-leaking) is published.
