Closes #145

The MCP guide only covered Claude Desktop, so this adds equivalent setup for the two hosts named in the issue.

What changed (docs/guides/mcp.md)

• Use it from Cursor — ~/.cursor/mcp.json (global) and .cursor/mcp.json (per-project), with the stdio command form. Plus the url form pointing at the streamable-http transport, so the container documented just above in Run it as a container is actually wired into a host for the first time.
• Use it from Cline — cline_mcp_settings.json via MCP Servers → Configure MCP Servers, and a python -m spotify_scraper.mcp fallback for the common case where the console script isn't on the PATH the editor inherits from a virtualenv.
• A closing note that SPOTIFY_SP_DC is optional in every host: without it the public tools still work, while get_canvas, get_credits, get_user, get_lyrics, get_transcript, and get_account return a clear cookie-required error. That covers the second acceptance criterion, and the note is placed once after all three host sections rather than repeated per host.

Notes

• Docs-only — no library, API, or dependency changes.
• Edits an existing page, so no mkdocs.yml nav change is needed.
• All config blocks are valid JSON and follow the same shape as the existing Claude Desktop snippet.

Happy to reword, split the note per-host, or restructure the three sections under a single "Use it from an MCP host" heading if you'd prefer that layout.
