Feature request: Add timezone to dates displayed on platform

[Neonckb]

Currently during campaign creation, there is no timezone mention on the input field or the display, so it's unclear for users what exact time campaigns begin and end. A fix to this is to make all times UTC and to display UTC accordingly.
