Investigate missing cases in
generateGenoProbs() and its X Chr variant #77
Some genotypes combinations are ignored by
generateGenoProbs()in src/alphaimpute2/Imputation/Heuristic_Peeling.py and its X Chr variant, but theses combintations are not genetically impossible.We want to test and understand why these cases are omitted.
