Fixes #1241
Heading levels are stored from 1 to 6, while the default font-size list is zero-indexed. Offset the lookup by one so H1 through H6 map to their intended sizes.
Verification
flutter analyze .passed.dart run custom_lintpassed.flutter test --coveragepassed (949 tests).dart format --set-exit-if-changedpassed for both changed files.
