Un service d'appel des fournisseurs d'Identité a été créé afin de pouvoir interroger le serveur d'Identité sans passer par le client
Lorsque l'on récupère un utilisateur, si l'utilisateur n'existe pas encore, on le crée
Certaines valeurs par défaut manquantes à la création d'un utilisateur par défaut ont été ajoutées

Je crois que le Docker Compose pourrait inclure l'ensemble des services tiers nécessaires à faire rouler le serveur (CDN, BD).
Je m'occuperai de l'intégration à Visual Studio et de son manuel d'utilisation.
La configuration a été modifiée afin de se conformer à la nouvelle structure de la solution
La configuration a été légèrement modifiée afin de permettre un débogage clés-en-main pour un utilisateur d'un IDE Visual Studio 2026 ou autre compatible

Puisque l'instance PostgreSQL est dans Docker (Linux ou WSL2), inutile de garder le style PGSQL Windows
