Adds an
hccard for Hyperconsciousness under agent-context, MCP and data. The card describes the developer-alpha CLI for encrypted, append-only notes and files, device sync, file inspection and scoped MCP access.I maintain Hyperconsciousness. Codex assisted with this submission.
The card uses high risk because the CLI can write local and remote state, expose plaintext, invoke credential adapters and release local ciphertext through explicit offload operations. It names safeguards for store selection, grants, hosted-model output, adapters and offload plans.
requires_authrefers to device identity, grants and configured storage or adapter authority; it does not imply a mandatory hosted account. The alpha status, lack of an independent audit, same-OS-account limits and absence of guaranteed backup durability are explicit.Evidence: the current README, MIT license, mission, constraints, operator documentation, and CLI source, including
hc --version. Source installation is documented.Validation: checked the registry and all open/closed issues and PRs for duplicate Hyperconsciousness or Brainmesh entries.
lint_registry.pyvalidates all 241 cards. README generation was run twice with identical output, andgit diff --checkpassed. Onlydata/tools/hc.yamlis included because the PR workflow rejects generated README changes. This validates the catalog contribution, not the HC runtime.
