Document the recommended beamline pattern for using quadEM-family
electrometers (TetrAMM, FX4, ...) as continuous beam-position monitors.

apstools does not provide its own quadEM device class; support exists
upstream in ophyd.quadem. The new Device Example shows how to subclass
ophyd.TetrAMM, clear stage_sigs, and override trigger() to press
Acquire and report done immediately so read() returns the current
values -- avoiding the scan stall described in the issue.

Coordinated with the FX4 device (#1185) under a single quadEM pattern.

The TetrAMM (and other quadEM-family devices) are supported upstream in
ophyd; apstools does not provide its own wrapper. Document the
recommended beamline pattern for continuous / beam-position-monitor use:
subclass ophyd.TetrAMM, clear stage_sigs, and override trigger() to press
Acquire and report done immediately so read() returns current values.

Coordinated with the FX4 device (#1185) under one quadEM pattern.
