There needs to be instructions on how to get API codes as of today. For Reddit do I need to use their legacy data API programme or do I need to use their regular method? If the former I got denied as I gave insufficient information. Giving a GitHub was apparently required but I dont have Apollo source code so it seems to be a fools errand. Unless I can use the latter way of using their API, it seems more for modtools or other stuff. I had made an api code YEARS ago for a perl script I made but that I dont think works bc that code is script and not full data. As I used that code initially within the Apollo and it refuses to let me login. Imgur oj the other hand I cannot find any way to get that API.
That all being said I know this forum may not be the best spot but it is an issue nevertheless as I can't make use of Apollo and I really want to and need assistance with updated guides in getting it to work.
