ScientificWebResearchAgent

MCP adapter for scientific web and deep-research workflows, web search APIs, source fetching, and provenance capture beyond scholarly APIs.

This BioRouter extension is distributed as a BRXT bundle and licensed under Apache-2.0. Use it for source discovery, search-result triage, and provenance capture when a question reaches beyond formal scholarly indexes.

HTTP mutation methods are blocked unless the caller supplies allow_mutation=true after explicit user approval. Local command execution is disabled by default because the allowlist is empty; if commands are added later, run_scientificwebresearchagent_command still requires allow_execute=true.
