whoami

I'm a chef who cooks, but not in the kitchen. I solve problems for a living using 1s and 0s.

I write software for a living, for fun, and lately mostly for myself. Six years in, self-taught. Backend first, frontend because the backend needs a face, DevOps because nobody else was going to do it. I run a small company out of Lagos called Brivon Core and ship products under it. Most are small. A few make money. All of them are actually live, which turns out to be the hard part.

My GitHub bio says "I dont know what i'm doing." Still true, and I have made peace with it.

  location Lagos, Nigeria (UTC+1)
  company Brivon Core, founder
studying B.Sc Computer Science, NOUN, finishing late 2026
default TypeScript everywhere, Go when it needs to be fast
  building ScribeAI, Elorah, Cue, RenderOG
open to founding engineer roles, contract work, anything that ships

Things I'm building

Product What it actually does Status
🧠 ScribeAI An AI co-founder for market research, competitor analysis and startup validation. Ships its own MCP server, so your research context follows you into whatever AI tool you already use. live paying
📖 Elorah A Bible companion app. Verse-level read-along audio and a Council feature that lets you talk with biblical figures, grounded in real verse lookups instead of vibes. waitlist
📍 Cue Location-based dating built around one mechanic, the approach request. A deliberate signal to meet in person instead of texting into the void. live
🖼️ RenderOG Dynamic OpenGraph images as a service. Point it at a template, get a share card back, no headless browser to babysit. live
🪙 Savi Duolingo for saving money. Streaks, accountability partners, freeze tokens. It never holds your cash, it just refuses to let you forget. waitlist
🎙️ TonePrint Voice fingerprinting. It learns how a specific person actually writes and talks, so generated copy stops sounding like a press release. Credit-based, no subscription. in dev

Competition work and open source

🥉 nexusai

AI phone agent that screens scam calls and handles inbound sales. 3rd out of 3,000 in Google's Gemini API Developer Competition. TypeScript Gemini Twilio

🧷 urmind

Dump anything you browse, never think about organising it again. Semantic search across links, PDFs and audio. TypeScript Vector search

Type-safe model config for apps that already call AI APIs. Swap which model a feature runs on in production without a redeploy, Redis-backed, with a Studio UI to manage overrides. I run it across most of my builds. TypeScript AI infra

A simple, type-safe task queue built on BullMQ. Define a job once, get typed producers and workers, stop hand-rolling the same queue setup on every project. TypeScript BullMQ

clutch

Baseball, re-imagined. Built for the Google Cloud x MLB hackathon. TypeScript BigQuery

📦 213 public repos

Half of them are experiments, a few are load-bearing. queueflow, prospark, 4snap, nocred, seedz and the rest live in here. Browse everything →

Track record

15 hackathon wins out of 23+ entered. 3rd of 3,000 in Google's Gemini API competition. 2x TechWithTim CodeJam winner. Top 300 globally, twice, out of 11,000+ participants.

Where I have worked
Company Role What I actually did
Waymaker Founding engineer Built Custo, a UX analytics product sitting on top of PostHog session replay. Also the widget SDK that let PMs push in-app nudges without shipping an app update.
Waymaker Founding engineer Built Bounta, a two-sided cashback marketplace. Stripe pre-auth, Mangopay escrow, Trigger.dev orchestration, WebView-based cart extraction.
Bizconnect24 Software engineer Full-stack product work.
Paycode Inc. Software engineer Payments infrastructure.
Hotels.ng Intern, then engineer Where a lot of this started.

What I build with

Languages

Frontend and mobile

Backend and data

Infra and the rest

By the numbers

213 public repos, 6 products live and in dev, on GitHub since 2020, TypeScript as the default language with Go when it needs speed.

The graveyard, and what each one taught me

Shipping a lot means killing a lot. These are dead or shelved on purpose. I would rather show them than pretend the wins came for free.

Project What it was Why it stopped
Ascend Cultivation-themed life progression app, 12-rank system borrowed from xianxia. 753 commits in and I killed it before launch. The post-mortem is in the repo, along with the pieces I salvaged: rank SDK, narration engine, bottom sheet primitive.
Traxio A living OS for marketing goals that writes the actual drafts instead of another plan. Validated against real demand signals, then parked.
baaymax Generate a portfolio straight from your GitHub profile. Still my most-starred repo. Served its purpose. Left where it is.

Talk to me

I am usually building something. If you want to build it with me, or you have a hard problem that needs someone who will not stop until it works, I am reachable.

Ask me about TypeScript, React Native, Hono, Drizzle, Go, or why your Postgres query is slow.
Still don't know what i'm doing. Still shipping.
