Ich habe die utils.py geupdated und die hutchinson_trace calculation hinzugefügt. Darüber hinaus habe ich das Jupyter Notebook zur Berechnung von verschiedenen CG mapping matrices und .json files erstellt. Dieses befindet sich innerhalb von config/data. Eventuell könnten sich bei dir Probleme auftun, da dieser Pfad von Git ignoriert wird.
In meinen Files sind teilweise noch recht viele Kommentare. Ich habe sie mal fürs bessere Verständnis stehen lassen, du kannst sie sonst auch einfach löschen. Aber vermutlich passt du den Code sowieso noch genauer nach deinen Vorstellungen an, eventuell lassen sich bestimmte Stellen auch eleganter lösen.
