build(deps): bump plist to ^3.1.1 to resolve @xmldom/xmldom advisories - #83

plist@3.1.1 moves its @xmldom/xmldom dependency from ^0.8.8 to ^0.9.10, replacing the vulnerable 0.8.10 resolution with 0.9.12 (outside every flagged advisory range). Clears all 15 runtime @xmldom/xmldom Dependabot alerts. plist.build() is API-stable across the bump; build and tests pass.

^0.8.8to^0.9.10. The committed lockfile now resolves@xmldom/xmldomto 0.9.12 instead of the vulnerable 0.8.10 — the0.9.xline is outside every flagged advisory range.plist.build()(the onlyplistAPI used, inindex.mjsfor macOS launchd)is stable across this bump, so no code change is required.
