Temporary public-registry canary only; do not merge.

It verifies the published @bybrawe/opencode-loop@0.5.31 manifest and tarball, runs the public installer in an isolated OpenCode config, proves --with-goals installs Loop 0.5.31 + Goals 1.3.17, proves --loop-only preserves an intentionally old Goal pin, and proves a normal Loop update detects the managed Goals install and refreshes it back to the current stable Goal version.

Result: PASSED on registry canary run #2 after correcting the canary's clean-install assumption. A clean Loop install intentionally uses the local plugin copy unless an npm package registration already exists; Goals remains exact-pinned through its own installer. Public npm 0.5.31 + 1.3.17 companion behavior is verified.

Closed without merge as intended.

Public-registry canary passed on exact temp head 1f9b215d2d1fab8ac597a062e5bec41206f64cbd. Verified @bybrawe/opencode-loop@0.5.31 manifest/tarball and public CLI, --with-goals installed Goals 1.3.17 in an isolated OpenCode config, --loop-only preserved a deliberately seeded 1.3.16 Goal pin, and a normal Loop update refreshed that managed Goal pin back to 1.3.17. Closing without merge; this workflow was verification-only.
