Every EF Core 11 behaviour-change test records whether the upstream change was backported to 10.0 #294

Description

Problem

#288 was found because the 11 line hit an EF Core behaviour change on 11.0.0-rc.1 (#287) and someone then asked whether the same change had been backported to release/10.0. It had (dotnet/efcore#39114), and the 10.x line's CI could not see it (#288). That question was asked by chance, not by procedure.

Change

Done when

Every EF Core 11 behaviour-change test names its upstream change and backport status, the conventions test enforces it, and #287 / #288 are the first recorded pair.
