10.x: update the test projects' packages (ASP.NET Core 10.0.14, ComplexIndexes 5.6.0, EF float leg 10.0.14) #517
Description
The test projects on the 10.x line pin package versions that have newer patches. This is test-only: no shipping package and no src/ reference changes.

Staying as they are:
- MSTest 4.5.1, Testcontainers.PostgreSql 4.16.0, Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.CSharp 5.9.0 and NodaTime.Serialization.SystemTextJson 1.4.0 are already the newest.
- Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Design 10.0.0 is deliberately the floor the shipping packages compile against; the float leg covers newer EF Core.
npgsql-ef10.0.3 is already the newest 10.0.x.- Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk comes in through MSTest 4.5.1 (18.10.1). Getting 18.11.0 would take a direct reference, which isn't worth it.
main has nothing to update. Its only newer test packages are the 11.0.0-rc.3 ASP.NET Core/Extensions set, which belongs with moving the SDK pin to rc.3, and EF Design rc.3 is blocked by Npgsql EF rc.2's exact EF Core pin. So this is a 10.x-only change, closed by hand when the PR merges.

Merged into release/10.x by #518 (29c1bd1); ships in 10.4.0. 10.x only: main has no matching updates (see the issue body).
