The EXPTIME field in the CSV file is populated with SET <value>. The value should be allowed to be a floating point but when set to a floating point, the GUI is changing it to 0. If value is an integer then it remains an integer.
Floating point is required.
Note that the ETC must be invoked in order to populate the OTMexpt field from the EXPTIME.
