Processing HXRG Images

A nice to have feature would be to do some level of processing of the image including subtracting the reset regions in RXR mode, subtracting the reference region, and then only showing the processed image region. Also, converting to an increasing flux scale would be nice.

Requires knowledge of which detector amplifiers are being read out and the read out direction (to properly orient the reference pixel subtraction). Should make use of header keywords for readoutm and subframe mode in order to determine how to split up the amplifiers.

just saw this and chiming in that it might be worth implementing this in eregion then using that implementation in atlas. But it may pull in more dependencies than you want to do that (principally, xarray). Either way we obviously also eventually need functionality to do reference subtraction in HxRG in eregion.
