docs: update Capgo README CTA and marketing

What

• Replaces the Capgo CTA at the top of the README with the new standard block: tracked banner, one-line Capgo pitch, "Get started for free" button to /register/, trial line and consulting link. Ref: plugin_barometer.
• Adds a 1 to 2 line pitch right under the title and a Key features list checked against src/definitions.ts, src/web.ts and the native iOS and Android sources.
• Adds a hero image under the CTA (displayed at 300px wide, absolute raw URL so it also renders on npmjs.com): social preview fallback. The repo's existing assets/github-social-preview.png (112 KB, identical to the uploaded GitHub social preview), since there is no real example-app capture for this headless sensor plugin.

README only. Install steps, API docs and the rest of the README are unchanged.
