Part A:
Observation unit is missed. Observational units would be the employees providing survey responses.

Part B:
Sample type: A combination of stratified sampling, random sampling, and rejective sampling.
Timeline: September 4, 2018, to December 28, 2018. Frequency: Every 5 years.
Cleaning, imputation:

1. Imputations were made using donor records selected through a score function
2. Nine-step imputation process included: personal income and family income, formal volunteering variables, informal volunteering variables, donation and solicitation methods
