Added the Persian (Farsi) translation JSON file.
The JSON keys and file structure are copied from and match the "en-US.json" file.
The translations are generated via consulting expert linguists and computer scientists.
There are 120+ million Farsi speakers around the world (80+ million speak Farsi natively), from Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and many more countries!
