When a user supplies a published workflow Skill, the connector should collect its declared product images, case and brief, then run the durable workflow. The existing onboarding guidance could instead create an ordinary editing project and follow stale package instructions.
Update Codex, Claude, Grok and Kimi guidance to resolve
manage_skill getfirst, honorskill.execution, use projectless presigned image uploads, and submit/pollrun_skill_workflowwith the exact revision and one stable requestId. Fixed style references stay server-owned. Missing workflow capability is reported explicitly; ordinary agent Skills retain their existing onboarding.Companion backend: https://github.com/ChatCut-Inc/chatcut/pull/5268. This source-only draft needs a coordinated plugin release and republished Skill configuration; installed plugin caches and release versions are unchanged.
Validation: all 74 plugin tests passed and
git diff --checkpassed. Local MCP SDK validation covered real storage upload, server-injected reference and same-run replay. Actual generation was blocked at Bedrock prompt rewrite by its regional access policy, with zero image jobs/output and unchanged credits. A fresh installed native plugin session and production deployment remain unverified.Need help on this PR? Tag
