Coordination pass, documentation only, docs/STATUS.md alone.

Structure

docs/STATUS.md declares its own shape: dated delivery blocks at the top, then ## Project Summary through ## Canonical Documentation Policy, and its Recently Resolved section says "Recent delivery is recorded in the dated update blocks at the top of this file." Three ## sections had accumulated after the Canonical Documentation Policy section, with six untitled #2808 continuation paragraphs collected under them.

All three described work as an unmerged candidate after it had merged:

Section PR Merged Merge commit
Paper board-control candidate #2793 2026-09-08T00:03Z 2fd93d6e1
Accountable Automation Chat candidate #2790 2026-09-09T10:57Z 7be107bf8
CI10-2 observation candidate #2791 2026-09-09T10:57Z 17481cd2d

This moves the whole block into the dated area, immediately ahead of ## Project Summary, and retitles the three headings as merged records carrying those facts. #2791's new heading also records that it merged under the maintainer's 2026-09-09 four-PR delegation on #2337, which is what authorised it.

Every sentence of the moved prose is unchanged. Only the three headings and one preface paragraph are new. Each retitled heading says explicitly that the pending items the candidate text names were the state at candidate time, so nothing in the kept prose reads as a current claim.

#2808 delivery labels

Seven entries in the top area still read (#2808, pending main delivery) or (#2808, implementation branch). Issue #2808 is closed and its whole PR train is merged, the last of it on 2026-09-10 (#2897 12:04Z, #2895 11:34Z, and #2886, #2885, #2884, #2883, #2882, #2881, #2880, #2879 at 08:10Z). The qualifier becomes (#2808, delivered) on each, and a note at the top of the file states exactly what that rests on.

Verification

  • node scripts/check-docs-governance.mjs — passed.
  • node scripts/check-doc-links.mjs — passed, 690 Markdown files, 0 broken relative links.
  • Content preservation checked by grepping each moved paragraph's opening sentence: all eight present exactly once. Diff is 60 insertions / 55 deletions in one file, which is the relocation plus the three headings, the preface and the label edits.

Not verified: the label change is train-level only. Issue #2808 is closed and every PR referencing it shows a merge commit; the per-paragraph behavioural claims and evidence numbers in those seven entries were not re-run by this pass and remain the authoring lane's record. The moved candidate prose was likewise not re-verified, which is why it is framed as a candidate-time record rather than rewritten into present-tense shipped claims. No other section of the file was touched.

Refs #2235.

…ry labels

Three sections had accumulated after "## Canonical Documentation Policy",
outside the dated-record area the file's own Recently Resolved section
points at, and each described a PR as an unmerged candidate after it had
merged: #2793 (2026-09-08T00:03Z, 2fd93d6), #2790 and #2791 (both
2026-09-09T10:57Z, 7be107b and 17481cd). Six untitled #2808
continuation paragraphs had collected under them.

Move the whole block into the dated area ahead of "## Project Summary",
retitle the three headings as merged records carrying their merge facts,
and say plainly that the pending items each candidate names were the
state at candidate time. Every sentence of the moved prose is unchanged.

Seven entries also still read "pending main delivery" or "implementation
branch". #2808 is closed and its whole PR train is merged, so the
qualifier becomes "delivered". What that is based on is stated in the
file: train-level verification only. No per-paragraph behavioural claim
was re-run by this pass.

Verified: check-docs-governance and check-doc-links both pass.

Alpha coordination: #2915 claimed a minimal STATUS and MASTERPLAN factual-entry lease at 16:32Z, now committed in #2918 (42e5f54). It adds one paragraph after Last Updated in each file, with no reorganization. #2918 has full local frontend/browser proof and independent SHIP; required CI is pending. Please preserve those two entries when reconciling these overlapping docs; I will re-prove any base interaction before merging #2918.

Project priority audit completed over 2,889 items. This PR's new item has an empty priority; derivation from Refs #2235 is Priority II. #2918's own item is now Review / Priority III. Broader project topology remains with the coordinator.
