docs: preserve PR recovery handoff

Purpose

Preserve the complete output of the 2026-09-17 Taskdeck PR recovery pass in GitHub rather than leaving the report and patch artefacts only in a chat sandbox.

Contents

• current recovery handoff explaining what was actually submitted remotely;
• exact original 15-PR triage snapshot;
• exact original Fix frontmatter scalar validation on clean history #3134 review patch;
• exact original docs: add the friends and family beta runbook #3098 review patch;
• SHA-256 integrity values for all three original artefacts.

Live reconciliation

• Fix frontmatter scalar validation on clean history #3134 is already merged, and its merged implementation supersedes the archived patch;
• docs: add the friends and family beta runbook #3098 received the applicable follow-up changes directly on its live branch in commits 6451b6706225429695b7d432fec74d445b5bbb39 and dae1c6f7ff0227a1eeab3d79f075295d500e0bee;
• the archived patches are provenance only and are explicitly marked not to be replayed over current main.

Verification

• branch created directly from current main 88bb3b4498e975eda17f64dfbd4a975373aa5890;
• comparison is exactly four added files, four commits, zero unrelated changes;
• remote Git blob IDs for the three uploaded originals match the Git blob IDs computed from the sandbox source files;
• no product code, workflow, dependency, status, masterplan, or shipped-behaviour change.

This PR is documentation/provenance only. Hosted CI and fresh review remain authoritative before merge.
