Visit the ClockworkMod Billing registration site to sign up: https://clockworkbilling.appspot.com/api/v1/register

You'll need to provide several piece of information:

Name - Business Name

Google Seller Id and Google Seller Secret are available for your Google Checkout account here: https://checkout.google.com/customer/gadget/inapp/settings.html

Google Sandbox Seller Id and Google Sandbox Seller Secret are available for your Google Checkout account here: https://sandbox.google.com/checkout/customer/gadget/inapp/settings.html

PayPal Email: The primary email associate with your PayPal account.

PayPal Sandbox Email: Visit the PayPal developer site and set up a "sandbox" seller account: https://developer.paypal.com/

Android Market Public Key: https://market.android.com/publish/editProfile
