Before: the user-visible home savings goal change made after v0.0.8 (375284e) had no CHANGELOG entry. ARCHITECTURE, WINDOWS_ACCEPTANCE and USER_GUIDE still called Windows a "candidate" that had "not yet been publicly released", but Windows packages have shipped since 0.0.7.
After: CHANGELOG has a new 「未发布」 section with the home goal and summary-link changes. The Windows wording now says 0.0.7 and 0.0.8 both shipped Mac and Windows together, and that the Windows packages are unsigned.
How: only those four docs files changed; no code.
npm run test:ui1415/1415 passed andgit diff --checkis clean.Not included: USER_GUIDE.md:214 says the 「使用指南」, backup and update links now open the website. In the source,
