Pillow >=13: the 12.x line carries 37 published CVEs - #418

The scheduled dependency audit (pip-audit) on main 5d7f53f reports 37 known vulnerabilities in pillow 12.3.0 (CVE-2026-1123xx/-1128xx), all fixed in 13.0.0. pyproject capped Pillow below 13 (">=10,<13"), so every install got a vulnerable version; the reference lock pinned 11.1.0. - pyproject: "Pillow>=13,<14". The floor is what keeps a vulnerable version out. - env/reference-environment.lock: pillow==13.0.0. Checked: uv pip compile of .[agent,docs,dev,pymol] resolves with pillow 13.0.0 for CPython 3.11 (with .github/ci/constraints-ci.txt) and 3.12 (with the reference lock; matplotlib 3.10.0, rdkit 2025.9.3). The full test suite runs on Pillow 13 in this PR's CI, which installs the newest allowed version.

The scheduled dependency audit is red: pillow 12.3.0 has 37 known vulnerabilities, all of them fixed in 13.0.0.
pyproject.tomlcapped Pillow below 13 and the reference lock pinned 11.1.0.pyproject.toml:Pillow>=13,<14. The floor keeps vulnerable versions out.pillow==13.0.0.This PR is built on #417, the polars lock fix; merge it after #417. Both environments resolve (checked with uv for py3.11 and py3.12). The full test run on Pillow 13 is this PR's CI.
