Release 0.23.0: version, changelog and the version mentions of
docs/usage.md.Includes #205 (
-j/--jobs, merged after 0.22.0), #239, #240, #241, #242, #243, #244, #245, #253 and #258. The cache format is 16 and the PyIR schema 2; with the engine version in every cache key, caches built by an earlier version miss once.tests/test_release.py:33follows the version (0.22.0 → 0.23.0); no other test changed.
