Qualify autoethanogenum-kluyveri feedback and resolve product attribution #1319

Description

Finding

Source-based self-adversarial review of CommunityMech:000172, not independent approval.

The thermodynamic ethanol-pull node and incoming feedback wording promote the authors' preferred mechanism to a categorical cause. The primary study explicitly leaves protein abundance and post-translational regulation unresolved. Its coculture ethanol flux is reverse-calculated from chain-elongation stoichiometry, not directly measured partner flux. The chain-elongation node also needs explicit acid-versus-alcohol producer attribution and its missing recipient.

Evidence And Acceptance

Read the full main bodies, Methods, tables and captions of 2016 primary and 2019 primary. Preserve measured product formation and the supported C2-to-chain-elongation arrow. Attribute acid formation to C. kluyveri and subsequent alcohol reduction to C. autoethanogenum under the tested conditions. Qualify feedback, distinguish inferred flux, and add a focused knowledge gap without adding nodes/arrows. Preserve unrelated raw YAML blocks, record append-only history and validation, and regenerate the page.

Duplicate check: all 661 open/closed issue titles/bodies plus ignored-inclusive local decisions/history/research/tests. No duplicate found within that scope; comments not exhaustively searched.

Addressed in draft PR #1323 at db05129. All 30 local gates passed, including 243 regression tests, 3 rights tests and 91 MATCH snippets; post-commit just check-docs-current also passed with a clean worktree. Source scope, node/edge decisions, append-only history and adversarial results are committed. Exact-head self-adversarial COMMENT review: #1323 (review) . This is not independent approval. Keeping this issue open until the protected main merge; separate metadata issue #1322 is not closed by the graph patch.
